SHIPPING

What countries do you ship to?

At the moment, we only ship to a selection of countries within the European Union. These include:

  • Germany
  • Denmark
  • France
  • United Kingdom
  • Italy
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • Norway

What is the estimated delivery time?

Shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and local production partner. Below you’ll find the typical delivery timeframes for the countries we currently ship to. Please note that the estimated delivery time includes both production and shipping.

What are the shipping costs?

Currently, we only offer standard shipping (4.99€) to our selection of countries, within the European Union.

How are posters packaged for shipping?

To ensure a safe delivery, frames are pre-packed with protective corner covers and a film wrap, then placed in a sturdy box with reinforced edges. Additional internal I-beams provide extra stability during transit.

Posters are packaged separately from the frames in a protective paperboard folder. Posters up to A4 (21.0 x 29.7 cm)size are shipped flat, while larger sizes are rolled and shipped in durable triangular tubes to prevent damage.

The poster and frame are shipped together in the same package but are not pre-mounted.

What if my poster arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective—and the issue was not caused by the content you provided—we will cover the cost of a replacement.

This includes:

  • Damage to the delivered product
  • Incorrect items or quantities
  • Quality issues with the product

In order to resolve the problem fast, please send a email to office@noblanc.shop and provide:

  • A brief description of the problem
  • Details on how the item was packaged
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging (including both the outer packaging and any protective inserts)

These details help us process your replacement efficiently and allow us to investigate the issue.

Will I receive a tracking link for the delivery?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email or SMS.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, choose your desired size and frame option, and add the product to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase securely.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including credit and debit cards, as well as popular digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available options may vary depending on your location.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Is my payment information secure?

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems that meet the highest industry standards for data protection.

When can I expect a reply?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours on business days. During peak times, it may take a little longer, but we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you offer customer support in other languages?

Currently, we offer support in English but feel free to contact us in the language you’re most comfortable with.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns?

Each poster is printed individually and made specifically for you, which means we do not accept returns and do not offer a return address.

What if my order is wrong or defective?

What if my order gets lost during transit?

If your order seems to be lost, please email us at office@noblanc.shop within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost.

PACKAGING & SUSTAINABILITY

Where are your products printed?

To ensure fast delivery, consistent quality, and a lower environmental impact, all posters are produced locally—at print facilities as close as possible to the delivery address. This approach allows us to minimize shipping distances, reduce CO₂ emissions, and get your order to you as quickly and reliably aspossible.

How do you ensure safe and sustainable packaging?

Our packaging process is carefully designed to protect your framed poster at every stage of its journey:

  • We use foam or air-cell corner protectors to shield the frame from impacts during transit.
  • The entire frame is wrapped in a plastic sleeve to prevent scratches, dust, or stains.

  • In some cases, we use specially designed corrugated boxes with integrated air-cell protection on the sides—offering extra stability without the need for separate corner guards.
  • All framed posters are shipped in durable corrugated boxes made from recycled materials, with a minimum strength of 32 ECT B-flute, ensuring they can withstand standard shipping conditions while remaining environmentally responsible.

This multi-layered packaging approach ensures your framed poster arrives safely and still sustainable.
